3-Ingredient Homemade Avocado Spread

Avocados are a rich source of fiber, healthy fats, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, E and B6 and folate. You should enjoy them when in season. However, they are also calorie dense, so keep that into consideration while enjoying them. 

One of the exciting ways to use Avocado is making a nutritious spread, a very healthy alternative to margarine. Try this recipe and thank us later, it is absolutely tasty and yummy! 

Ingredients

For 3 to 4 servings

      • 1 big Avocado

    Directions

        • Slice avocado into 2, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and mash with a fork
        • Add in 1 teaspoon – Baobab Ranch Seasoning & Barbecue Dry Rub
        • Mix all spices thoroughly into the spread until well combined
        • And your delicious spread is ready!!
        • Spread on bread, toast, use as dressing for salads and more 

      Allergen Info: Barbecue dry rub contains peanut powder so you can use only Baobab Ranch Seasoning is you are allergic to peanuts.
