Rich Oats Smoothie

 

This is a simple, nutritious and fibre packed smoothie meal that will keep you full for a long period.

It is plant based, dairy free and contains a balance of carbs, protein, healthy fats and vitamins.

Ingredients

      • 3 Tbsps Raw Oats

      • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

    Note: Tbsp = Tablespoon

    Directions

        • Add all Ingredients to a blender and add some water

        • Blend the Smoothie to your preferred constituency

        • Enjoy your Rich Oats Smoothie.
