Tigernut Powder Mix (formerly known as Tigernut Powdered Milk) is a blend of finely ground Tigernut flour and Dates Fruit Powder. It serves as a delicious, nutrient dense and fiber rich plant based milk powder, and is especially great for children and adults who are lactose intolerant or who have milk allergies. 

Tigernut is not a nut but a small root vegetable with a creamy, nutty and earthy flavor. 

Tigernut powder mix is a good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Magnesium and Healthy Fats. 

It is also rich in resistant starch – a prebiotic fiber that supports a healthy immune system and aids digestion

It is 100% natural and free of additives and preservatives. It is ideal from age 6 months and also works great for adults. 

How to Use: Add to breakfast cereals and smoothies. It does not dissolve completely like regular milk powder in tea as a result of the fiber content.

Our Tigernut and Dates Fruit are sourced directly from smallholder farmers in West Africa who practice ethical and sustainable farming method

Storage Instruction: Once seal is opened, pour contents in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry and dark place. If you wish to preserve for a long time, store in a fridge or freezer
