Returns and Exchange
As a result of the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange except when errors were made with items shipped, or if the items are defective or damaged from our end.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@agaswholesome.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
You are eligible for refunds only if payment has already been made for an item that is not available or out of stock.
You are not eligible for a refund after paying for a product that is available. You can only do an exchange if the product has not been dispatched.
Refunds are done within 72 working hours (i.e 3 working days) . Bank and transaction charges will be deducted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Products already dispatched cannot be refunded. We engage the services of an external logistics company. Hence, delivery of products once dispatched from our warehouses is outside our control.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
